Anyone heard of or used this company? There is no email contact, other than a form to fill in, so I have no record of contact. They're on IG but nothing put on for months since Christmas. I placed an order in May, received an email in July saying it was posted, never turned up. I've messaged them at least six times through this webform, but never any answer. I received the below on 16 May.

I do not know this shop but was just n a similar situation with another retailer. Tried to contact them to no avail. After that I reported it to the bank and the bank returned my money to me.

I think I paid on Barclaycard.

I have tried to find it but all I find is reviews of a film with James Stewart in it.

Charming! I only spent £30 but I'm going to try to get the money back from Barclaycard. Not sure if I can but it is worth a go.
