Universal credit missed payment

Hello, I’m on universal credit (please no judging - partner works full time I’m a carer to my disabled children), but in this assessment period they calculated my partners earnings as 0. I wrote on my journal that was obviously incorrect, he declared the right amount on the same day and they said they’d reissue a new statement ready for yesterday. But they haven’t yet and I haven’t been paid. I rely on this for my rent and bills. I did ring up, to which they said they’d inform my case manager and they’ll be in touch next week. I can’t wait that long- can they do a same day payment next week or should I not get my hopes up?

It may not be UC's fault. Sounds like his employer has not reported his wages correctly and they may be waiting for the employer to correct it..

Yeah, partner asked employer who said it was done on time but really just wondering when payment will be made, I’m so anxious because I’ve got bills to come out

Why would anyone judge someone who receives help?
I certainly wouldn’t bother writing the reasons why you get help

Unfortunately it's going to take a good while, possibly weeks, to sort out. It isn't something that can be sorted in a phonecall/a day or two.

Did he have 2 sets wage in 1 assessment period due to a weekend or BH?
