Does anyone know if Santander do final credit checks before releasing funds at completion???
we have our mortgage offer and due to move in 4 weeks,
however I am extremely stressed as after we got our mortgage offer I got a sofa on credit and now I’m thinking they will credit check before they release the funds and see I have a new opened account that will affect our affordability and end up not giving us the money and withdrawing the offer!
does anyone know if they do this 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
