They’re an online handbag company with very poor customer service and they have not delivered my bag.
I’m at a loss as their line is that it’s an issue for the delivery company.
I have contacted my bank.
They have only emailed me once despite it being almost a month since they took the money!
They say I’ll have to wait 3 months for an investigation
