DRO Right way to go?

Very long backstory, to cut it short - financially abused by ex, who I've been free from for almost 4 months.
The last 3 years I've kept my head firmly in the sand. Was sent a notice of issue of warrant control today. I didn't even know who from originally. I've called the number on the letter and they're sending me forms to arrange a payment plan. But it's not just them. The water board I think is around 2k, the warrant for 1.5k, previous energy company around 500 and 2 credit cards (no longer used) 400 on one, 150 on another. I'm making the minimal payments on these however, the interest charges mean my payments have little impact. Also have studio, very little interest, only used at Xmas and payments manageable.
I will be calling step change on Monday once I've gone through my debt to get exact figures for them.
I know I don't have enough disposable to cope with repaying them all at any more than £80, this will take forever and I doubt they'll expect such a small repayment.
I've read online about debt relief orders. I know this will massively effect my credit score but, it's already bad, I don't want any more credit and I'm in no position to save up a deposit to buy a property etc. I have my normal outgoing bills which I manage, work part time single parent so get a top up of UC.
How likely is it that I will get a DRO? I just can't see a way out of this. Appreciate it's my own fault and I really should have faced this sooner.

Go and see one of those debt charities with a list of all your debts and see what they advise. They will have a full picture and will know what might be the best way out of your situation
