So, my buyer's lender requested a desktop valuation, but I have just heard back that they were unable to do this and need to do a physical valuation. EA's saying this is worrying as it's the first they have seen a desktop becoming physical. Has anyone experienced similar? Am losing sleep over this :( It's a standard 1 bed flat and there looks to be enough data on Zoopla so I'm quite surprised too! Once the valuation has happened, does the lender share this info with the buyer?
