Yes it’s currently temporarily unavailable for everyone.

oviraptor21 · 20/07/2022 07:23

Service unavailable here too.

Pinkandpurplehairedlady · 20/07/2022 07:24

I get the service unavailable message too. Hopefully it will be back up and running soon.

oviraptor21 · 20/07/2022 07:26

From a quick Google it looks like it is deliberately unavailable so hopefully won't be too long before it's back up.

SBParker99 · 20/07/2022 07:29

glad it’s not just me then, hopefully will be up and running soon

Hi folks, my daughter applied for UC and had a message this morning saying "It says my amount for this month is 0 but that’s for the month up until 21st July and it said I would get paid on the 27th
Then it said " she would get the standard allowance of £200 but then it said O. Is she getting it or not?
Thank you

SBParker99 · 21/07/2022 08:20

@Florida2020 she may be entitled to the standard allowance but there’s a section on the statement saying deductions (this is for advance repayments, wages etc) and then “total payment for the money is….” what it says there is what she will get

Thank you, will tell her

Florida2020 · 21/07/2022 12:54

So this is what she received

@Florida2020 she won’t get anything as the wages she received exceeded the value she’d get in UC.
they deduct 55p per £

Florida2020 · 21/07/2022 13:28

Aw really, thank you!
