Inter branch transfers

Does anyone know exactly what these are? I am currently going through a divorce and a number of these have shown up on my exes statements (obtained through my solicitor and financial disclosure). Does this mean he has another account he is transferring money from or could it be from someone else? They are for a significant amount and have unusual references.

I think that is what it means, could you pop into a branch and ask them.

Either another account of his or a family member maybe but at the same bank just at a different branch

That they are in the disclosures at least means you have visibility and they will have to explain them if it starts to go sour during the financial orders

Thanks both. I dont think it's a family member. It's quite a significant amount each month. I've asked my solicitor to query.
