Boost Power Complaint

Hi. Would anybody be able to advise how I contact somebody of any authority at Boost Power please? I have followed their complaints process but would like to directly contact somebody about my complaint

Ha! Good luck!! Bloody shocking company. No idea if they were bought out by someone but they were fine and then a few years ago (around the time they 'upgraded' the app to the pile of crap it is now) they went massively downhill.

Could try Twitter?

I’ve tried Twitter a few times and had no response. I agree that they’re absolutely shocking 😩 We recently bought a house and the previous homeowners used Boost so we had to use them for a couple of weeks whilst waiting for our own supplier to switch over and they were nothing but trouble and customer service useless. Now they’ve passed our address to a debt management company due to an apparently faulty meter, which we don’t have and if we did, we would have reported it to our own company, not Boost. The account number on the letter also isn’t the same as what our temporary account number was, but their customer service just tell me to contact this company that sent the letter, despite them being the ones who passed the details on and us not being their customer and the letter saying to contact Boost 🤦‍♀️

Sorry for the rant 😂 I’m just getting nowhere and am fed up of wasting my time dealing with the mistakes of a company I’m not even a customer of 🙄
