I'm not sure if this in the correct place. I scratched a parked car while driving. I was in the wrong of course. The lady had a company car and it was fixed via the company and they haven't asked to recover costs as it was minor. They did however let my insurance company know as their standard procedure so it's showing as a notification on my file. Even if they didn't claim, I assume I need to declare this with other companies at renewal?
