I realised I've completely dropped the ball! I thought I didn't quality for maternity allowance because I'd only worked for 25 weeks in a job before my baby was born. But just realised that I did do a random bit of paid teaching one week for a different employer. So might just qualify. I'm such an idiot!! And now my baby is over 3 months old. Anyone applied for maternity allowance after their baby was born? So, so upset with myself...Please be kind in your comments.
