Son has been offered an apprenticeship

Hi everyone,

My son who receives child disability payment (scotland) has been offered an apprenticeship. I receive universal credit with all the elements associated to his CDP and also carers allowance

If he accepts the apprenticeship offer will his CDP stop and also the elements of universal credit and carers allowance? I'm not really clued up on all of this, I'm aware I'll no longer get child benefit for him but will everything else be stopped aswell?

The Uc child element and disabled child element will stop if it is a paid apprenticeship. Carers element would not be affected if you are still providing 35 hours of care a week.
