I'm new to all this so apologies if I get anything wrong
I applied online for a budgeting loan, and was accepted via text message.
I was told payment would be made today. I've not applied before and am new to benefits since my business went under during the pandemic
However no money has been paid in today? Looking online telephone numbers are few and far between and others suggesting that they aren't answered due to staff issues
I'm really worried as obviously this money has gone somewhere. Is it a case of they pay it today but it will take a few days to arrive in my bank?
Any help/advice welcome please.
