UC and hosting international student

I'm currently working for an agency as a TA in school and have no work for the holidays (unpaid). I'm also an ESL tutor and applied to host a student for a week which includes 15 hours of teaching and 10 hours of taking them out on trips.
I was wondering how easy the earnings from this could be reported to UC or if it would mess things up as it's not a regular job.
I'm not sure how it's paid but they pay for travel and living expenses included. It would come to nearly double what I earn in a week as a TA but I'm thinking of doing just one or two weeks to tide me over.
