My dc is 9, ex has only ever paid a few hundred pounds when he was little, since then he has paid nothing due to having "no income"
Ex used to have a business which has now been dissolved. He is very very sneaky, will do everything he can to avoid paying maintenance.
He has never had contact with dc even once i might add.
He is not a bum, he owns property, i just do not know specific addresses to obtain deeds with his name on, he also hides money, i know he runs businesses with friends who are named in the business, again no mention of his name to avoid responsibility,
Is there anything i can do? Short of paying a private investigator which j cant really afford.
Does anyone know of any help out there for people like this?
