How long is your remortgage taking?

We are in the middle of remortgaging. Currently it's been 7 weeks since the start of our application. The valuer has been out and the mortgage fee has been taken, but it still isn't complete. Credit rating and LTV are all good.

I'm starting to get nervous that they might pull out as interest rates have gone up we wouldn't be able to get a deal as good if we were starting the process now.

Anyone else experiencing something similar or can offer any words of wisdom?

We applied 23rd of May and offer has come through today.

Am really surprised how quick it's been tbh. Our valuation was done on line rather than someone coming out so that will have made things quicker
