@stevalnamechanger Thank you! It's like a reunion!

I did the Tide £75 business account one too. Got my card and just waiting for the free £75 to be credited in 6-8 weeks.

Have you done the Capital on Tap sign up offer for £75? I did it the other week (I am a sole trader) and got the £75 as soon as I made my first transaction. It is a credit card but you don't have to use it and get into debt. Whatever you buy comes off your £75 bonus, so spend as little as possible, and then transfer it to your bank account.

If you're interested, here is my referral link:

account.capitalontap.com/apps/apply/?promo=2REFD217Z93

If the application asks for it, my promo code is: 2REFD217Z93

Any probs, just ask. I was impressed at how quickly the bonus came through.

@Magik01 I sell on Vinted!
I set custom shipping because it's easier. I believe the Royal Mail option you take to the post office and scan so no printer required!
I find items get more views/sell quicker when listed between 7-8pm. I also have bundle discounts on and find that uploading regularly naturally bumps you for more people to see Smile

N0va · 05/06/2022 15:29

@DisgracefulDolly I'm estimating that tide payment will be Wednesday (or before!)Grin based on previous months payment dates

Buster27 · 05/06/2022 17:31

@otterses great to hear from you! I've found Prolific very good the last few months, probably the best it's ever been for me (I've been on it a few years).

@magik01 I use Vinted and post by Royal Mail. I just upload the RM receipt once posted so no printer needed. In case you're not aware, Vinted and RM postage names don't match up - Vinted 'small parcel' is equivalent to RM large letter and Vinted 'medium parcel' is RM small parcel.

AdaShelby · 05/06/2022 18:21

It's great to see you Ottersea!

It's a shame these threads have turned into loads of people sharing their links, but if you can wade through all that they're still v good.

I'm still working solely from home doing these side hustles after starting at £10 a day and I'm so grateful you started all this off Glitterball

DisgracefulDolly · 05/06/2022 18:42

Does anyone still do the Casino / Bingo offers via TopCashBack (TCB)?

I did a lot of these years ago and had some good cash back CB amounts. A really easy way to make some cash, even though you have to wait a few months for the CB to come through.

I have seen this offer on TCB. £55 CB for joining Bonus Kings then depositing and wagering through £10.

www.topcashback.co.uk/bonus-kings/

Just wondering if anyone on here had done it and got the CB?

Also, are there any other decent CB offers for newer bingo / casino sites that you have come across?

I have not done any wagering etc for over two years so I am very rusty! Any tips for wagering through deposits without losing too much are most welcome.

DisgracefulDolly · 05/06/2022 18:51

On the subject of cash back for joining bingo / casino sites, just seen this offer for Ladbrokes Casino on Top Cash Back.

It is £50 CB for depositing and wagering just £10. That is a fab offer - £40 free cash even if you lose all of your £10 deposit.

The only snag is, you only qualify if you are a brand new Ladbrokes customer. Sadly, I used to use a Ladbrokes account for matched betting so I am not eligible for this offer. If you have never joined any of the Ladbrokes gambling sites, you could try it out.

@AdaShelby I didn't realise we weren't meant to post links here Blush maybe if it's annoying we can make another monthly thread for links? I started as others had been and the first post says about links but didn't mean to derail it from how it used to be; I'm happy to move elsewhere if it's annoying!

SurvivingTheGame · 05/06/2022 21:04

Can anyone share more about what search sci involves?

SuperNoodle87 · 05/06/2022 21:32

Anyone any experience with JA transcription? Can’t find any reviews online and no salary info on advert, just advertised as freelance.. 🤔

ZetaPuppis · 05/06/2022 21:43

Search sciences looks interesting. Could anyone let me know what kind of work you do for them? From a quick look, it looks like writing and researching?

LolaMontezz · 05/06/2022 22:07

Hi @Otterses 👋🏻 glad to see you're doing well! I remember you from years back, can't believe it's been that long already!!
Yes potato is my main source of income now with this. I've finally managed to get the holy grail of paid shift work on there and it's increased my monthly income rather considerably!

To anyone just starting out and get a few quid here and there - keep going! That was me too but it really does all add up. I'll have to total how much I've earned from the beginning. It must be close to £10K I reckon.

So thankful to you @Otterses for starting all this. What an absolute lifeline 🤩😊

@HairyIgglePiggle I started getting work almost straight away with SS, although I'm finding it mind numbing and very poorly paid. Others seem to be having a more positive experience. I've also got a writing background so was really excited for it. I haven't had any articles or blogs, just really short product descriptions which pay £1 each. I'm not sure if I will continue with it.

@AdaShelby I agree about the links, its become a bit excessive. I've dipped in and out of this thread for years and the discussion aspect of it is what makes it special.

N0va · 06/06/2022 08:35

Chase bank referral programme ends tomorrow! Anyone who's wanting to sign up, make sure you do so before midnight tonight Grin

Tinging · 06/06/2022 12:30

There was a separate thread for referral links but probably a couple of years ago now. May be worth starting a new one as there seem to be lots at the moment, I’m just scrolling past them but probably missing stuff as a result.

arianasky · 06/06/2022 17:04

Hello all joining if that's ok? Thank you for these threads they are so helpful. I'm looking to start making extra money now ready for maternity leave in October, has anyone got the link or details for potato please? Thank you 😊

ruralwanderer · 06/06/2022 20:02

@ZetaPuppis that's it in a nutshell. I'm really enjoying it and making £200-300 a month from it so am very happy to recommend it.

OP posts:
ZetaPuppis · 06/06/2022 20:41

@ruralwanderer I've applied but not sure I'll get anywhere. Don't ask me why, but on my application, I wrote I was only willing to do 2 articles a month. Didn't really sell myself there! I've got years of specialist proof reading from a previous job so that might help.
I shall wait to hear. How long do they tend to take?

Happy June everyone Brew My earnings for May were all pretty much from Potato, just shy of £700 which I am very happy with. Hoping to hit £8-900 this month as I'm furiously saving for holiday spending money. Hope it's a good one for everyone Grin

Sorry if this is a stupid question. What is Potato?

Please don't worry! I hadn't even noticed your links. MNHQ will be along soon to delete the worst ones I expect.

It's a great thread and the information on it is so helpful.

LolaMontezz · 06/06/2022 21:50

@Kanta potato is Crisp - it'll be linked in the first post no doubt Smile

SurvivingTheGame · 06/06/2022 22:02

I passed the potato exam 2 years ago, still on the waiting list! I’ve given up hope

The amazing Join Chase for £20 free ‘Refer a friend’ is ending at midnight today (Tuesday 7 June 2022).

This is their official message to members:

“We've loved welcoming all our new customers to Chase and giving them a taste of rewarding banking. We're ending it at 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022, but we're looking forward to bringing you more exciting offers in the future. Thanks so much if you took part – and for choosing to bank with Chase.”

Nobody has used my referral link yet ☹️😢so, if you want to jump in quick and join Chase before the free £20 offer ends later today, here it is:

Hey, want to join me at Chase UK? We'll both get £20 when you join and pay in £20. Get started: link.go.chase/emNK/refer?code=cH7gVmga. T&Cs apply.

My referral code is cH7gVmga, which needs to be c&p into the Rewards section of Chase if the above link hasn’t given you the £20 reward.

PS Chase have been overwhelmed with the vast number of new referrals as their refer a friend scheme has been shared all over the internet! New applicants are now being put into a ‘waiting room’ and it may be a week or so until they get you set up. BUT…as long you join the ‘waiting room’ by clicking the above link before the stated deadline, you will still be eligible to get your £20 reward, so please don’t worry if you have to wait a while to register properly.
