Just seen £21.80 has credited my account today but this is the first time in 8 years I’ve received this amount.

Normally I’ve had it monthly as a larger figure& typically get it monthly.

Has the process changed please? I can’t find any information.

So I’ve only been claiming for a year but exactly the same has happened to me this week. It’s always been a monthly payment but I can see £21.80 due to be paid in tomorrow. I couldn’t find any info online to say why

I saw on Facebook (I know a truly reliable source) it's because of the jubilee. The rest will be paid on Monday apparently.

I noticed this and called this morning and it explains on the voice message straight away. It might give you a better explanation of the dates.
