Hi all :) , just a little advice . Currently in the process of trying to purchase a first home and it all seems so overwhelming. Have put an offer on a dream house , had an offer in principle with bank and just passed the affordability assessment . Question is how likely to be rejected after this ? Anxious and limbo not sure whether to start excited packing or not 🤣 Thankyou
