Does anybody know if army pensions are taken into consideration for child maintenance payments or are they exempt

Depends if it's an actual pension. My ex had a ' disability pension' armed forces compensation scheme. This is not part of his income for maintenance purposes. Also means his actual 60k a year income is also not accounted for and I get £7 a week

It depends which pension.

If Armed Forces Compensation Scheme payments or War Disablement Pension Income Support, the information will he'd only be liable to pay £7 rate, unless works and has earned income on top.
