Son dropped Revolut card, someone used it so he froze it. Confused about what we do next?

He can't unfreeze it cos the people with the lost card might use it.
It's quite confusing.
Any advice?

I really cannot see how it is confusing have I missed something. What would you do if you lost a bank card would you freeze it then un freeze it?

Just get the card reported to the bank and they'll cancel it and issue a new one.
