SBParker99 · 12/05/2022 12:49

@Mummyjlr120 did you get accepted today or did you recieve backpay? thanks for telling me. i’m on week 2 waiting now. so your claim only took 3-4 weeks? that’s really quick a lot of people are saying they’ve waited months

I got I a few years ago and the back payment was in my bank before the letter arrived to say I was getting it. I was then on regular payments about a fortnight after the letter arrived Smile

SBParker99 · 20/05/2022 07:16

@TylerL how long did it take from application to getting accepted? i think it’s normally 3/5 days

Hey, I applied on the 21st April and rang on Wednesday and got told on the phone it was accepted, I haven't got any letters as of yet, I think they were sick of hearing my voice, I was ringing every other day.

TylerL · 20/05/2022 07:39

I didn't get a letter, they told me on the phone, she said to give ut about 10 days for payment, was expecting it to be abit sooner.

SBParker99 · 20/05/2022 07:52

@TylerL i applied on 28th so hopefully not long then, 10 days is a lot i thought it was normally 3-5 days

Awk hopefully u hear this week then, I only found out because they rang me to get my childcare details to send a letter out and I said I would rather the information was emailed to speed up the application and I just chanced my arm asking was it accepted as it was the decision maker than rang me.

SBParker99 · 23/05/2022 08:59

@TylerL did you recieve your letter or payment yet?

OP posts:
TylerL · 23/05/2022 10:12

SBParker99 · 23/05/2022 10:20

@TylerL not heard anything yet, thinking to call today

OP posts:
TylerL · 23/05/2022 10:26

Yes, give them a wee ring and see what stage it's at, I'm hoping for my payment this week or atleast letter, I will let u know when I hear anything.

TylerL · 24/05/2022 09:30

Anyone waiting on carers needs to be ringing, I was awarded carers allowance last wed on the phone and haven't heard anything. I just rang this morning and nobody put me on the payments system.

SBParker99 · 24/05/2022 09:48

@TylerL i rung this morning and still not been looked at yet, it’s been 4 weeks thursday but some people have been waiting about 12/13 weeks

OP posts:
SBParker99 · 25/05/2022 16:22

@TylerL did they sort your payment yet? or any sign of letter? hoping to hear soon it’s been 4weeks now

OP posts:
TylerL · 25/05/2022 16:29

No letter yet, I rang back today to make sure I had been put on the payment system and they are paying me on the 30th. Not sure where u are, I'm in Belfast and the office definitely needed a wee nudge now and again. 🙄

SBParker99 · 25/05/2022 17:43

@TylerL at least it’s sorted, i’m north west. hopefully won’t be long
