£450 in credit

Hi all. I'm going on ML soon so we've been seeing how we can save a few pennies in preparation. After checking our account for water we've discovered we are £450 in credit 😳

Is it possible to claim any of this back? Or is it worth just leaving it? Could we cancel our DD and just ask them to use the credit we've built up? Not sure how it all works to be honest!

You should be able to do either. I would probably leave one months pay in the account, and claim the rest back.

Yes you have the right to get it back my gran does this all the time (well every few month or whatever :)) x
