Bad customer service from Very

Any one work for very and know how to complain? The email doesnt work I found.

They are a nightmare to deal with.

All their customer service is outsourced abroad. The call centre staff are lovely and have excellent English but I suspect they work from a script and can’t do anything which deviates from it.

My experience…..tried to cancel an order as I’d clicked the wrong repayment period. Had to cancel it and reorder it again to get the correct repayment period.

They managed to send the item out but cancel both .
Upshot is that they sent me an £850 gaming laptop that they have never charged me a penny for. As it arrived at a time when I was suddenly made redundant I shamefully didn’t correct them.

Not on twitter will check it out. Never knew how bad they were definitely put me off ever ordering from them again.

Awful awful customer service. Keep sending enquiries through your account stating you are making a complaint. Also call and tell them you want them logging it as a complaint. Eventually (unfortunately it takes a while) but you will be contacted by a complaints handler.

That's my experience anyway. But don't think once you have someone's direct email you will have a contact going forward. I seem to have regular issues due to orders coming wrong or never being returned properly and poor service. My emails to the same handler keep going ignored despite her still being employed by them. Their service is shocking and it seems to be getting so much worse

Also trust pilot. You will normally be contacted by someone to send your details privately via a link. Do they actually contact you who knows. I never was!
