Santander 123 Current Account Worth it?

Does anybody have this account and get the monthly bills cash back? Is it worth it? I’ve calculated we would be making £7 per month just on household bills, which in the current climate goes towards ever increasing costs!

Did anyone use their switching service and was it a smooth process? I’ve never done this before so apprehensive.

I have this account, and whilst it's not going to make me rich any time soon, it definitely pays me rather than vice versa - most months, I'm about £5 up on the charges v. cashback.

I find the Santander banking app good too.

Not used it for this account, but in my experience on other accounts the switching service works very well and easily as long as you are closing the original account.

I switch around a second account every so often for the free money and it's always an easy process.

We then have the Santander 123 lite account as our main account and still make about £2 a month profit even though our bills are low so worth doing.

I've got the Lite a/c, £2 p.m. cost & c.£5 cashback.

It’s definitely worth it if you have a mortgage with Santander (which we do)

Their internet banking is very good too.

Santander are actually really good at telling you whether you are making money or not, and if not they recommend you change to the 123 Lite account or even the free everyday account -I've been through all 3!
