Council tax energy rebate if I move house on 1st April

If I move house on 1st April (tomorrow), I'm wondering if I still qualify for the council tax energy rebate? My 1st DD payment for council tax also goes out of my account tomorrow, but then I'll also be notifying them I've moved from that date. My council only states I'll receive it if 'the property is your sole or main residence at 1 April 2022' - it won't be on that date, so I'm guessing not?
I'm moving to a different council area and will be going onto someone else's council tax bill.

My council haven't said anything about sole/main residence. It looks like as long as they get a DD payment from you at some point in April you'll get the £150 shortly after that. I do think councils have been given discretion as to how to do it though. Hence why it's taking so long to get any details for if you don't pay by DD - they haven't got a bloody clue how they'll do it yet!

I'm reading other councils' websites and I note one says it's paid to whoever pays the council tax at the property at the end of the day on the 1st April - so it sounds as though it might be the case I won't qualify but the people moving into my house will. Typical that of all days my house completion is going through tomorrow!

This is what mine says. It does mention empty properties but doesn't specify by the end of yesterday at all
