I have found an item on the intenet that should retail for over 900 quid ! The site has obviously made an error and listed the item at 20 quid
So if I ordered this item would the advertised price be honoured??????? I always thought that orders had to be honoured at the advertised price.
There is a disclaimer stating that they will not be responsible for typo or pricing errors.
Do you think its worth risking buying one ? I suppose I could always cancel if they discover the error !

I think if its advertised at that price, thats what they have to sell it for - although they may change it back as soon as they find out.
I think there is a website that lists errors like this (handy to know !)

heres an example I've just found

I guess it would depend on the terms and conditions of the website in question (including which country it was operating from etc). For shops in England the price advertised is not binding (though they shouldn't advertise at one price and then charge you something else without informing you of the difference).

So in this instance it probably depends on the terms of the disclaimer.

Oh well they found the error and I'm not supprised as the actual cost of the item was 1200.00 and not the 20.00 they had listed !

It was worth a try we had ordered 2 but someone else we told tried to order 10 lol
had a nice email from them stating that there had been a pricing error and that we could still continue with our order at the true price.........strangely enough I declined
