Hello all,
My daughter was subscribed to a craft box. Suddenly my payment of £7 was increased to £11 without my agreed consent. I would like to complain but have no idea where to complain. Pls can some one advice me.

The company would be a good starting point. Who is it?

It was Toucan Box a craft company. I already emailed the company and they said they had emailed me that my subscription will move to £11. I did not see this email nor did I respond. How can they suddenly change my subscription with my agreed consent. It is not a huge amount of money but still leaves me with no faith.

Have they said why the cost has increased? Was the £7 an introductory offer and you’ve now reached the end of that period? If so, the increase will have been in the Ts & Cs you originally signed up to. Or is it just a cost of living type increase? Again, the original Ts &Cs will almost certainly allow them to increase costs when they need to as long as they give you notice - which they did. The fact that you missed the email is not their fault. If you’re not happy you can cancel.
