Question for those with a studio account...
I placed an order in June last year and the balance was settled in full the following week. At the time, I opened this account solely to take advantage of their £30 off code and I haven't used it since. Today I receive a statement with an outstanding balance of £6.07 in interest? Can someone explain how I've suddenly incurred this interest charge despite clearing the balance before any minimum payment was due?
Studio said something about interest on their interest saver plan? Can someone dumb it down for me 🥴
