Tesco Aptamil 1 price increase

Hi I was wondering if anyone else had noticed that Tesco has put the price up by £1.15 and tub on aptamil 1
I was told by my hv that the price had to be the same everywhere for legal reasons every other supermarket is still £11.35 I alway get a Tesco delivery so will be switch supermarkets now due to this increase is the info my hv told me correct?

No she isnt correct. Individual retailers can charge what they like. They can't put it on special offer but they can set their own price

dementedpixie thank you for your reply I don't mind it going up abit like everything has but £1.15 a tub I'll do my shops else where in that case lol
