Barclays Mortgage

Has anyone applied for a mortgage with Barclays recently? How long has the process taken?

We applied on 23/2
Accepted pending valuation 23/2
Valuation 28/1
Radio silence since :(
Have you had any luck?

Our application went in on the 16th February, in person valuation done on the 17th of February and the mortgage approved on the morning of the 18th of February.

I hope you don’t have much longer to wait!

I’m glad! What a coincidence! My understanding from trawling the forums is that the offer tends to come quite quickly after valuation approval so hopefully not long to go for you!
