Amazon - item returned no refund yet

Not having much luck lately with internet transfers or purchases at moment.

Christmas ordered a suggested bundle from Amazon - digital piano, stool and stand.

Piano and stool never arrived so had to go elsewhere for it as was a present.

Stand arrived but as no piano or stool had no need for it.

Didn't open box. Returned it in permitted time and paid £24 for Hermes to deliver back to seller and can see on account was returned to seller early January.

No refund received. Bought package of piano etc on Barclays Amazon instalments so piano and stool cancelled but not stand. Instalment plan should show £107 owing (price of stand) but shows £139 for some reason.

Now chatted three times with Amazon. Each time informed investigation be carried out and refund issued in 7 days. This doesn't happen. Seller not responding to messages sent via Amazon either.

Has this happened to anyone else please?

Been with Amazon about 15 years and never a problem so disappointed with this

Is it amazon marketplace rather than Amazon itself?

Does Amazon marketplace include deliveries using prime and prime instalments?

Stand was ordered as above but seller is a shop

Every time I return something via amazon the money comes incredibly quickly
....in fact usually just after I drop off the parcel off.
I've never had to pay £24 though.....and the return amount would usually be taken from the refund value if I have to pay for a return.

If you have bought through market place - and not direct from Amazon then it is down to the seller.

I don't know anything about Barclays credit.

Finally got my refund but still out of pocket for return postage. Also emailed a few times a week which was a pain. This experience will make me consider ordering large items on line in case I need to return for any reason
