Not having much luck lately with internet transfers or purchases at moment.
Christmas ordered a suggested bundle from Amazon - digital piano, stool and stand.
Piano and stool never arrived so had to go elsewhere for it as was a present.
Stand arrived but as no piano or stool had no need for it.
Didn't open box. Returned it in permitted time and paid £24 for Hermes to deliver back to seller and can see on account was returned to seller early January.
No refund received. Bought package of piano etc on Barclays Amazon instalments so piano and stool cancelled but not stand. Instalment plan should show £107 owing (price of stand) but shows £139 for some reason.
Now chatted three times with Amazon. Each time informed investigation be carried out and refund issued in 7 days. This doesn't happen. Seller not responding to messages sent via Amazon either.
Has this happened to anyone else please?
Been with Amazon about 15 years and never a problem so disappointed with this
