Hi, does anyone have any experience of tax credits overpayments please? I think you need to contact the payments team.
Just now they are going to take it back out of our tax credits but it is quite a large amount and I'm worried about when they stop in a few years or whenever tax credits finish for good. We'll likely get a bill.
I'm getting esa for health problems would they take this into account in the payments as might be able to pay it back over a longer time?
Any advice welcome. I saw on another thread the payments team were friendly enough and willing to sort out a plan. I get anxious over debt and feel apprehensive about it all.
