My elderly (with dementia) father has lots of people supporting him and buying things on his behalf - shopping etc.
I'm trying to find an online spreadsheet or an app where people can quickly log what they had bought because they can't carry his card around with him all the time.
Then I can look at the app / spreadsheet and ping the money to them once a month etc.
Eg the cleaner has bought him some milk and bread on the way to work etc. She is a lovely lady and won't want to text me and ask for the few quid each time - but it adds up and I want to make sure she's not out of pocket for doing him a favour. She can't carry his card around with her, and he doesn't have cash in the house.
Dad has a few kind neighbour who do a similar thing on a almost weekly basis and they have agreed an app/spreadsheet would work for them - but I am not sure how to find a simple one which will work for us all.
