Proffered Mortgages/Tapstone anyone heard .....

anything about them? They have stitched my 70 year old mum up good and proper - never heard of them before?

Prefferd mortgages I have heard of and I believe Capstone are a bad credit second charge lender. They only lend to people with bad credit. What have they done to your mum

They had agreed to give her a mortgage - which she was finding difficult due to her age - she has excellent credit ratings - however after she moved house - they upped the deposit that she would have to pay - so she is left with a deficit of £30,000 - and worried her sick!
