Just wondered if anybody had an experience of being on this database. I’m getting lots of really conflicting information and the long and the short of it is that Natwest and TSB were both sent incorrect information through by the broker and they will not reveal to me what this incorrect information is I’ve applied under SARS. Literally all it says is income discrepancy.
Well that is literally impossible, cannot be the case but if they won’t tell me what it is I can’t correct it and in my mind they shouldn’t be able to report it but apparently they can.
I’m going absolutely round and round in circles with the two banks. They have directed me to the ombudsman now they’re not prepared to do anything else and I guess before I go down that path I’m wondering, does this really matter anyway ?
