We have got an insurance claim going through for our telly.It is covered on a new for old policy.It's been certified as an uneconomical reapair.Will the insurance company send a cheque or do they send a voucher for a certain shop?If they offer a voucher can we refuse it so we can shop around to find the best deal?Never had a claim before so a little unsure what to do.P.S. what a time not to have a tv!
