£500 covid payment

applied 4 weeks ago when we had covid, but not heard anything at all about, anyone else applied and not heard anything or is it normal
( lost money not working for 10days isolating )

Took about 10 days for us to hear and we were declined as they are only paying those in receipt of benefits. Think it differs by area though. Totally screwed us for months.

When did you apply ? Just rang and auto machine said loads to get thru and only just getting thru august applications and we applied end of October x

Sorry, only just seen your reply. It was back in July for us. I know our local council have had a lot of issues with staffing lately though so imagine even more of a delay
