Thicko talk talk have struck again .I made a credit card payment on 2/12 it I have a reference number . talk talk are saying they have no record of payment .card co saying it is pending as talk talk need to accept the payment they have also faxed them twice with proof of payment and they are saying they haven't recieved the fax
Please tell me what to do can I get the money put back on my card? If I look online I can see it's pending.
