Hi there, this is my first post/thread so I hope I’m doing this right!
I sent off my maternity allowance reply at the end of October. I had already sent off the initial paperwork and had a reply stating how much I was entitled to etc, I decided to send off the reply once I had finished work as I didn’t want to go on leave 11 weeks before my baby was due.
Does anyone have any recent experience how long the first payment takes and whether I will receive a notification via post etc how much the first payment will be, this is only so I can budget accordingly until I know when my first payment will come through!
Any advice/help would be great! Thank you!
