Emergency Home Cover

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a company for home
Emergency cover, which includes all boiler, heating, electrics etc.
We have been with homeserve for 5 years but the price has increased immensely. Wanted to find other companies who offer the same but hopefully cheaper.

Hi we use British Gas HomeCare 4, £17 a month. Go via Quidco and get £100 cash back. With the HomeCare you get your annual service free so it basically pays for itself

I am covered with Care Club and find there engineers really good and a boiler service included

I cancelled mine.. cost me over £200 a year for what.? a one off boiler service that’s all.. nothing went wrong so I cancelled it and I’ll pay for a yearly boiler service which is way cheaper!

I add it to my home insurance. £6 a month I think. Used it loads, has no excess and covers so much. I always recommend it.

I cancelled mine when I got a new boiler at the start of the year. The boiler has a 13-year guarantee and the annual cost of the premiums was more than the cost of a service.

I do the same. I have found though that over the last couple of years you have to really watch what is now not included. My mum had a leak in her roof after a storm and they said she was covered even though the previous year she was and had assumed her renewal was exactly the same cover.

Now I look to see exactly what is included
