In resepect to a porperty agreement in Spain.
They cancelled within the 14 days cool off period by fax.
Reviewed annually. The letter got there on the 15th day, (signed for).

Any ideas how they legally stand.

The agreement is presumably governed by Spanish law rather than English so she/he may need advice from a Spanish lawyer.

Thanks for this I have been checking The UK European Consumer Centre and also the Timeshare Council.

Looks like as long as it is posted within the 14 days and she has receipt of the day she posted it (signed for) which was well within that period.

Also faxed the day she posted.
