Is anyone able to let me know what would happen to a UC claim if I resigned from work due to constructive dismissal? Or if I was sacked? I'm currently on long term sick leave.

You may be penalised if you resign. Constructive Unfair Dismissal is difficult to prove. How long have you been employed for?
