lives with order and CHB

My ex is applying to court for a lives with order when he has asked to have them 5/14 nights.

Will the CHB be awarded to him if he puts in a rival claim?

Will they even award a lives with order when it isn’t 50/50 shared care? As that wouldn’t be true surely?

What's a Lives with order abs why on earth would he apply for the Child Benefit of the children aren't with him fir the majority of the time?
