Does anyone know if its possible to get a loan based on inheritance which is due? Probate has been granted but the solicitor is dragging his heels and we've had an offer accepted on a property. It would be for roughly half the inheritance - 70k - and the solicitor could confirm we were entitled to it. TIA x
