AIPs and contracted hours

Is there anyone on here who knows about agreements in principle for mortgages? DH and I are planning to move in the next year or two, and my plan is to increase my contracted hours so that we can manage a higher mortgage. I'm guessing that a mortgage provider would want to see 3 months worth of payslips on the increased hours before they would grant us an AIP. Is that correct?

My mortgage provider asked to see my last 3 months payslips. So yes I would assume that if you want to apply for a higher mortgage then you'd need at least 3 months at the increased hours. They might also ask you about this verbally.
