All have service outages this morning due to an issue with Sky broadband.
I’m not sure how, but that was the reason family members and I were given when we eventually got through.
For HSBC and First Direct I’d you use the app to access a digital passcode for the online service you can’t get on because the apps aren’t working.
Hopefully it saves someone some time in a phone queue. Advice is to try again in a few hours.
