Vauxhall insignia car to buy or not to buy??

Looking some advice posting this late just because my head is wreaked thinking, I need a new car sn have seen a lovely insignia for sale but have heard mixed reviews about them so I'm basically asking does anyone on here have one used to have one etc. Would it be a car that you would or wouldn't recommend, please help me!?

My mum and her husband got a 65 plate one on the tick and it was £10k £12k with intrest , anyway they have had no problems with it it’s a great car x

Have you looked at the honest John review for that specific make and model and engine type? You need to look at stuff for that specific type of insignia. Some can be better than others, for instance reviews might say the 2ltr diesel is good but avoid the 1.8 petrol like the plague because it has issues with xyz.
