I've got one payment left to make until it matures. Just wondering if I need to contact the company for payment or will they just send a cheque to me?

How exciting for you. You should get a statement with information about a month before the maturity date. If you haven't had that you will be best to contact them. Make sure your address/contact information is up to date. Hope you get a nice bonus.

Thanks for your reply. I rang Prudential and apparently they'd sent a form out earlier this month for me to fill my bank details in for the money but as I didn't receive it they are posting me out another.

Ours also asked for proof of who we were before paying out. We had to pay a solicitor to verify a photocopy of our drivers licence photo card was indeed a likeness of ourselves. It has to be a solicitor we had used in the last year.

That would be a pain, I've not used a solicitor for years! Which endowment company was that?

Quick update. The form has come through and it can be paid by cheque or bank transfer. I need to send a copy of photo is and utility bill. Pleasantly surprised that it's almost paying out what it should have done( and may still.do next month) after getting red letters for a fair few years earning it was unlikely to.
