Some supermarkets would not give cash back at till re covid.
What supermarkets etc give cashback again?

I know Tesco was a permanent change, I can't imagine many supermarkets going back to it..

When I worked there it was probably 1 in 20 people that even asked for Cashback and even less paid in cash. It's not worth it to them to put a cash float in every till on the off chance someone might request cashback...

Same with the self-service being card only. It's saved the staff a job (who now only have to empty 2/3 tills a day rather than the 12 my store had) and means less cash to touch

We've recently had £50 cashback at the co-op

I got cashback in Aldi a few weeks ago. There have been recent muggings of people at cashpoints so I felt safer asking for cashback.

Asda give cashback but the cashier told me they're not allowed to ask you/remind you anymore so if a customer asks they'll give it but they don't ask as part of the payment process.
